Dr. Marci is President of Sustainable Life Change Institute of America & Founder of Nine Seconds Corporation. She is a CBT Certified Life Coach, best-selling author, and award-winning speaker with over 30 years of Senior level leadership & training experience. After a decade of work in Applied Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Social Entrepreneurship, she’s developed an innovative, person-centered approach to physical and substance abuse prevention and trauma recovery.

Dr. Shelissa Thomas is a Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Certified Life Coach. In 2011 she and her husband Timothy cofounded Restore Incorporated, a Drug Alcohol Treatment & Behavioral Health Services facility that provides various levels of care, sober living recovery housing, re-entry services, intensive outpatient treatment, a 28-bed detox facility, and a newly established Crisis Stabilization Center.

 

Dr. Thomas has over 24 years of professional experience in stabilization and addiction recovery services and presently serves as the CEO of Restore Inc’s for profit and nonprofit programs.

 

She is the mother of 4 adult children and resides in Fairbanks, Alaska
